Directions

1. Sit comfortably and rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm.
3. Press the Start/Stop button.
4. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
5. Read your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate on the display.
6. Results are automatically stored in memory and can be synchronized with the Omron Connect app via Bluetooth.
7. Clean the cuff with a soft cloth as needed and store the monitor in a clean, dry place.
