Oxomemazine is a sugar-free antihistamine cough syrup designed to calm dry, irritating coughs, especially those occurring in the evening or at night. It is suitable for adults and children over 2 years old and helps reduce cough reflex caused by irritation.
This medication is not intended for wet (productive) coughs.

The syrup is sweetened with acesulfame potassium, does not contain sugar, and is provided as an easy-to-dose oral solution. Oxomemazine may cause drowsiness, which can be intensified by alcohol or sedative medications. Avoid driving or operating machinery after use. Prolonged or persistent cough should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
