Description

Sinecod® Syrup 1.5 mg – 100 ml

Sinecod® Syrup is a non-opioid cough suppressant used to relieve dry, non-productive cough of various origins. It acts centrally by reducing the cough reflex in the brain, helping decrease persistent coughing and allowing better rest and recovery.

Sinecod® is commonly used for dry cough associated with respiratory infections, whooping cough, and to suppress cough before or after surgical procedures such as bronchoscopy.


Indications for Use:

• Dry cough of various origins
• Whooping cough
• Suppression of cough before and after surgery or bronchoscopy

Active Ingredient:

Butamirate citrate – 1.5 mg per 5 ml


Dosage & Administration:

Take orally, preferably before meals.

Children 3–6 years:
• 5 ml, 3 times daily

Children 6–12 years:
• 10 ml, 3 times daily

Adolescents 12 years and older:
• 15 ml, 3 times daily

Adults:
• 15 ml, 4 times daily

Follow dosing instructions carefully. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
