Description
Ketonal® Gel 25 mg/g contains ketoprofen 2.5% (25 mg/g), a topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated to help relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in muscles, joints, and soft tissues. Applied directly to the affected area, ketoprofen penetrates underlying tissues to provide targeted anti-inflammatory and analgesic action with minimal systemic absorption.
Ketonal® Gel is commonly used for sports injuries, muscle strains, tendon disorders, arthritis-related pain, and other localized musculoskeletal conditions.

Directions for Use

- Apply a thin layer of gel to clean, dry skin over the affected area 1–2 times daily.
- Gently massage until completely absorbed.
- Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
- Apply only to intact skin.
- Do not cover with airtight or occlusive dressings unless instructed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

- Avoid exposing treated skin to direct sunlight or artificial UV light during treatment and for at least 2 weeks after the last application, as ketoprofen may cause photosensitivity reactions.
