Triderm® Ointment is a combination topical medication formulated with a corticosteroid, an antifungal, and an antibiotic to help treat inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections. Its triple-action formula helps relieve itching, redness, swelling, and inflammation while targeting susceptible bacteria and fungi.

The ointment base is especially suitable for dry, thickened, or scaly skin lesions, providing longer-lasting protection and moisture than a cream formulation.

Active Ingredients

Each Gram Contains:

• Betamethasone Dipropionate – corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and itching
• Clotrimazole – broad-spectrum antifungal agent
• Gentamicin Sulfate – aminoglycoside antibiotic active against susceptible bacteria

Directions for Use

Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.

• Clean and dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer to the affected skin once or twice daily.
• Gently rub in until absorbed.
• Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
• Do not apply to large areas of skin, open wounds, or under occlusive dressings unless instructed by a healthcare professional.

Treatment duration should be limited to the shortest period necessary to achieve clinical improvement.

• Do not use if allergic to betamethasone, clotrimazole, gentamicin, aminoglycosides, or any ingredient in the product.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
• Do not use for viral skin infections (such as herpes simplex or chickenpox), untreated tuberculosis of the skin, or untreated syphilitic skin lesions.
• Prolonged use may increase the risk of skin thinning, stretch marks, delayed wound healing, or systemic corticosteroid absorption.
• Avoid prolonged use on the face, groin, armpits, or under diapers unless specifically directed by a healthcare professional.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation worsens, new infection develops, or there is no improvement after the prescribed treatment period.
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store below 25°C (77°F) in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
