• Phospholipids are critical components of cell membranes. Essentiale supplies high-purity phospholipids (especially phosphatidylcholine) that help repair, stabilize, and restore integrity of hepatocyte (liver cell) membranes. This supports better functioning of liver cells, regeneration, and protection against further damage. 

📋 Dosage & How to Use (Typical)

• In many regions, the standard dosing is 2 capsules, 3 times daily (i.e. 6 capsules per day) with meals. 

• Capsules should be swallowed whole with water and not chewed.
