Description

Metrogyl Denta® is a topical oral gel formulated with metronidazole and chlorhexidine, two antimicrobial agents that help manage bacterial infections and inflammation in the mouth and gums. It is commonly used for gingivitis, periodontitis, mouth ulcers, and other oral infections. The gel is applied directly to the affected area to help reduce bacterial growth, swelling, bleeding gums, and discomfort.

Active Ingredients

Per 1 g of gel:

• Metronidazole 10 mg (as metronidazole benzoate)
• Chlorhexidine gluconate 0.5 mg

Directions

Adults and children over 6 years:

• Brush teeth and rinse mouth before application.

For best results, continue use for the recommended treatment period.
